Midwest Mind and Body is a nurse practitioner–led practice specializing in evidence-based obesity medicine, mental health care, and hormone replacement therapy (HRT). Their mission is to empower you to take control of your health through personalized treatment plans, compassionate support, and a collaborative approach that respects your unique journey.

They offer telehealth services for weight management and HRT in multiple states, along with insurance-based mental health care for Nebraska residents. Their care model is built around transparency, education, and a strong patient-provider partnership  so you always understand your treatment options and play an active role in your health decisions.

Bonnie Lovett - PhD, LIMHP, NCC

Bonnie Lovett provides compassionate, practical therapy support for individuals navigating life’s most challenging transitions. She works with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, adjustment-related concerns, grief and loss, divorce, PTSD, and a wide range of everyday stressors—including health and wellness challenges and body changes related to aging and menopause.

Bonnie’s therapeutic style is grounded in CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and solution-focused approaches, helping clients build insight, strengthen coping skills, and move forward with confidence. She also offers Christian-based support upon request, honoring each client’s values and preferences.

Her training includes a background in EMDR, trauma-informed care, military culture, and a 200-hour yoga teacher training, bringing a whole-person, mind-body perspective to the healing process.

Whether in individual or group settings, Bonnie creates a supportive environment where clients feel heard, empowered, and equipped for meaningful change.
